Exchange and return of goods of good quality

Goods of good quality can be exchanged or returned within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” (active link).

If the purchased product does not satisfy you for any reason unrelated to its quality, or cannot be used for its intended purpose, you may exchange it for a similar item or return it within 14 days.

Conditions for exchanging and returning goods of satisfactory quality:

  • the goods have not been used, show no signs of use, and retain their original appearance in full;
  • the goods have no mechanical damage, the original packaging is intact, and labels and protective films have not been removed;

The following documents must be provided:

  • a payment document (cash register receipt or delivery note) confirming the purchase of the goods in our Store;
  • a state-issued document proving your identity;
  • bank card or current account details, in the case of cashless payment

To return (exchange) goods, the Buyer must submit a written request in any format, which must include:

  • The Buyer’s full name and contact information,
  • details about the goods, their price, and the date of purchase,
  • information about defects and deficiencies,
  • a request for a return (exchange).

Shipping costs associated with the return or exchange of goods of satisfactory quality shall be borne by the Buyer.

Exchange and Return of Goods of Unsatisfactory Quality

The exchange or return of goods of unsatisfactory quality shall be carried out on the grounds and within the timeframes established by the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights.” According to Article 8 of this Law, if significant defects are found that arose through the fault of the manufacturer of the goods, the consumer has the right to replace the goods or receive a refund during the warranty period.

A significant defect, according to paragraph 12 of Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights,” is considered to be a defect that makes it impossible or unacceptable to use the product in accordance with its intended purpose, arose due to the manufacturer’s fault, reappears after its elimination for reasons beyond the consumer’s control, and possesses at least one of the following characteristics:

  • it cannot be remedied at all;
  • it takes more than fourteen calendar days to remedy it;
  • it makes the product substantially different from what is stipulated in the contract.

If the customer receives goods of inadequate quality, they have the right to exchange the goods or receive a refund within 14 days of receiving the order by contacting our Store, via the website, or by mail.

In your request, please describe the reason for the return (exchange) and attach clear, high-quality photos of the defects to your message.

Exchanges for goods of unsatisfactory quality are processed within 7 business days of the customer’s request, provided a similar replacement item is available. If no similar replacement item is available, the customer has the right to purchase another available item with a price adjustment, exchange the item for a similar one upon its first arrival in stock, or receive a refund.

Shipping costs associated with the return or exchange of goods of inadequate quality shall be borne by the Store.

If necessary to verify the quality of the goods, an inspection may be conducted by an authorized Service Center, during which it may be determined that the consumer has violated the warranty conditions for the use of the goods. Pursuant to paragraph 4 of Article 17 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights,” the examination shall be organized within seven days from the date of receipt of the consumer’s written consent to conduct the product examination.

If the examination concludes that the defects arose after the product was transferred to the consumer due to the consumer’s violation of the rules for use, storage, and transportation, the consumer’s claims shall not be satisfied, and the consumer shall be obligated to reimburse the costs of the examination.
